I’m Marcus Barrington also known as ThirdEyeThreads, a 19‑year‑old creator and the founder of ThirdEyeThreads. I didn’t build this brand because I had everything figured out; I built it because I was trying to understand myself. I’ve always been quick to notice the patterns people fall into, the habits they repeat, and the beliefs they carry without even realizing it sometimes. So instead of ignoring them, I wanted to break them down and learn from them.
As I've grown, I realized a lot of people my age were going through the same internal shifts, but didn’t have the language for it. They felt things changing, but couldn’t explain why. That’s what pushed me to start creating. ThirdEyeThreads became the place where I could take everything I was learning, the clarity, the mistakes, the realizations, and turn them into something useful for other people. Not in a preachy way, but in a way that feels real and grounded.
My work focuses on identity, self‑awareness, consciousness, and the small decisions that shape who we become. I care about making things clear, not complicated. I care about helping people understand themselves without feeling overwhelmed or talked down to.
