How long does shipping take?

  • All physical book orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s print‑on‑demand system.

  • Your book is printed fresh, then shipped directly to your address.

  • Most orders arrive in 7–12 days total — about a week and a half.

Do I get a tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is manually fulfilled. This happens when I go into Amazon, place the Author Copy order, select Gift, enter my shipping address, and complete the purchase. Once that order is placed, Amazon immediately generates a tracking number, and I send it to you.

Will my package come from Amazon?

Yes. Your book is printed and shipped through Amazon’s distribution network, so it arrives in standard Amazon packaging.

Digital Downloads

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

No. All digital products are final sale because they’re delivered instantly and can’t be returned. If you ever have issues accessing your files, I’ll make sure you get your download.

How do I access my purchases?

After you buy something, you’ll get an email with your download link. If the product is interactive, you will need to have/make a Canva account its free. Digital download links for products last for 24 hours after the initial purchase.
